HTJN High-Temperature Resistant Thinner is a high-performance auxiliary product specially developed for high-temperature coating systems. It is engineered to solve the problems of poor solubility, slow volatilization, and film defects of conventional thinners under high-temperature working conditions, and is widely applicable to industrial coating scenarios such as aerospace components, automotive exhaust systems, high-temperature pipeline anticorrosion, and high-heat equipment manufacturing.

Excellent High-Temperature Stability 
It can maintain stable solubility and volatility in the temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃, without decomposition, discoloration or residue. It ensures that the coating forms a uniform and dense film in high-temperature environments, effectively improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating layer.

Strong Compatibility 
It has good miscibility with various high-temperature resistant coatings (including silicone-based, fluorocarbon-based, and high-temperature epoxy coatings), and can be directly blended according to construction requirements without causing coating delamination, precipitation or other adverse reactions.

Efficient Construction Performance 
It has a reasonable volatilization rate, which can adjust the viscosity of the coating to the optimal construction state, reduce the occurrence of pinholes, orange peel and shrinkage during the coating process, and improve the construction efficiency and the finish of the coating surface.
