Product Overview

 PAC 02are anionic macromolecular copolymers specifically designed for drilling fluid applications. Synthesized via polymerization of vinyl monomers (including acrylic acid, acrylamide, and sodium acrylate), these products are presented as white or pale yellow free-flowing powders. They are non-toxic, non-corrosive, and feature rapid water solubility, forming viscous solutions upon dissolution.

1)Ultra-low filtration loss‌: Forms dense, low-permeability filter cake in freshwater, brine, seawater, and saturated salt slurry — minimizes fluid invasion and enhances wellbore integrity.

2)Extreme thermal & salt tolerance‌: Stable performance up to ‌180°C‌ and in saturated brine; reliable in ultra-deep wells (≤5,600 m) and salt-gypsum formations.

3)Effective coating & shale inhibition‌: Coats drill cuttings and shale surfaces — suppresses dispersion, hydration, and slurry generation; reduces wellbore enlargement.

4)Rheological optimization‌: Enhances shear-thinning behavior — supports high-pressure jetting while maintaining sand-carrying capacity and lowering circulation pressure.

5)Broad compatibility‌: Fully compatible with bentonite, soda ash, and common polymer additives — ideal for mud pre-treatment and real-time performance tuning.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: The product is packaged in a double-layer system with inner plastic bags and outer kraft paper bags, each bag weighing 25kg net. The packaging is sealed to prevent moisture absorption.

• Storage: It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse, away from heat sources and open flames, and protected from direct sunlight and rain. Mixing with strong oxidizers or corrosive substances is strictly prohibited to prevent moisture-induced clumping.

• Transportation: During transportation, handle with care to prevent packaging damage. When transporting in rainy weather, take appropriate rainproof measures to avoid product moisture.

• Shelf life: Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 24 months. After the expiration date, the product performance must be retested and only used after passing the retest.
