High-Temperature Anti-Collapse Agent (HTFT)
HTFT is a high-performance composite additive designed for water-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids, specifically developed to stabilize wellbores in high-temperature (≤220°C) and water-sensitive formations. It integrates cationic polymer film-forming technology and nano-sealing particles to establish a 15–60 μm protective barrier on formation surfaces, reducing fluid invasion by ≥40% while maintaining rheological stability under extreme conditions.
